How do urban school systems implement and scale deeper learning?
Battelle for Kids is bringing together future-thinking educators leading urban school systems to fuel the acceleration of equitable, deeper learning outcomes.
Our Cohort
Superintendents and their design teams will explore deeper learning research and a systems approach to implement and scale deeper learning. Participants will engage in design opportunities in the areas of vision, leadership, human capital, assessment, and equitable access to deeper learning. Battelle for Kids will host each convening, and provide structure and supports to help each district create an action plan. Cohort participants will bring their unique perspectives and voices to shape this experience.
Our Advisors & Cohort Panel
A cadre of experts in deeper learning with urban schools has been assembled and is ready to serve in an advisory role to provide support along the journey. Representatives from each participating district will serve on a cohort panel, meeting at least three times a year to help guide the experience.
