3 STEPS TO PARTICIPATE

We understand that you have many competing priorities, so our goal is to make the process as simple as possible for you. Below are the 3 key steps to be featured in the Portrait to Practice Expo including approximate times associated with each.

  1. Gather & Submit Artifacts (~15-30 minutes)
Collect the artifacts you’d like included in your Portrait to Practice poster and upload them to an easy-to-use online form.
  2. Approve Your Poster (~10 minutes)
The BFK team will create your presentation poster based on the artifacts you upload. All you have to do is review and approve.
  3. Share Your Work at the Annual Event (1 hour)
Participate in an informal learning session during the Annual Event by giving a brief overview of your artifacts and answering attendee questions. You don’t have to prepare anything additional – just show up and share!

Please read on for more detailed information.

WHAT TO SUBMIT

You will be asked to submit artifacts that align to the three Portrait to Practice components identified below.
